Our history goes back for 20 years when we started business on Ibiza. Back in those days we were negociating between people visiting the island for holiday and property owners allready. And we went bigger and more professional during the years. When we look back, we are glad we made thousands of people happy during their holiday. And growing doesn't mean that our service will be less. After making your decision we will introduce you to your personal holiday host. He or she will be present for you 24/7 during your stay on Ibiza.

Another part of our company is long term rental. More and more property owners found their way to Illacasa and on the other hand we do have a waiting list of renters searching for a nice house or apartment on Ibiza. If you are a property owner we can also offer you our 'take care' service which contains a total take care of your property when you are not on the island (i.e. during the winter months). We are co-working with plumbers, electricians and construction workers. These people will be available when our crew discovers storm damage for example. Our garden crew will take care of your garden and swimming pool.
