Illacasa has been founded in 2011 but the history of our company goed back 20 years when Ibiza was still a virgin. In the past, our crew was just browsing around the island to find houses for family and friends. When Ibiza became populair more and more people asked us where to stay if they travel to Ibiza.

Because we were working from our office and in our cars, we didn't have the time to setup a proper website. But during the summer of 2011 we decided to make a website in the winter. The result was finished just before 2012 and presented to the public on the first on january 2012.

A website is never ready of course, so keep on coming back please!

Our company is based on 20 years of experience over the island and we offer houses during the tourist season and for long term renting. During the season we have a team of people working for us. Think about a handyman, a constructor, a cleaning team, pool boys, gardeners and hosts.

When you book a house during the tourist season, we will pick you up from the airport (you need to arrange transport yourself) and we will bring you to the house you rented. We will show you around the rented object and present you the keys. Of course you will find some cold drinks in the fridge. Once or twice a week (depending on the property you rented) our crew will come by to do maintenance like pool cleaning, laundry and garden maintenance.

At the end of your holiday, the host will visit you again and after checking the property on any damage or left over garbage, he will wave you goodbye.

The host will provide you a telephone number and he or she can be reached 24/7 during your stay.
