Rental agreement

Reservation of the abject estate rental by phone or by email. After the reservations Has Beendone, Will you receive a confirmation with all the details. From this moment on you Will havea reservation. Will the agreement comes through prayer reservations call or e-mail created.You will then receive a confirmation with all relevant personal and financial information. Therent can only be realized after the payment has been received, however reservations with theparticulars of the main tenants are provided and for which a reservation has been sent arebinding. Cancelation with the period of reservation and deposit will result in charging € 50 .-administration fee.

Payments

The deposit, 50% of the total rent, must be paid within 7 days after booking to be paid or be paidin cash if required. The balance payment is due 4 weeks before the start of the rental period tobe met.If payment has not reached us in time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. As securityfor i.e. damage deposit has to be paid. This deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival at thevilla. The deposit is refunded on departure cash back after any deductions for damages or tomake repairs or extra cleaning.The deposit is dependent on the rented property and the number of people.

Obligations

Owed by us and agreed performance consists in the provision of the rental object, accordingto the state and the device as indicated in the item description. The tenant has the house withrespect and with due care and at the end of the rental period in the original state and tidy.The cottage rented by the day of departure should be left tidy. This means that no moregarbage and that the dishes in the cabinets is clean again. Also BBQ's are cleaned after use bythe tenant.

Using the property is permitted only to the number of persons stated on the booking form.Failure to comply with this agreement additional rental charge and we reserve the right to cancelthe whole booking or with immediate effect. In calculating the number of people, children under1 year are not included. Pets are not allowed. The cottage is rented by you on day of arrivalfrom 14.00 am on. On the day of departure is the final check-out time at 10.00.

Cancellation

Cancellation must as soon as possible by e-mail and telephone to take place.The cancellation charges are:- Up to 6 weeks before departure 30% of the rent- From 6 weeks to 2 weeks before departure 60% of the rent- Within 2 weeks before departure 100% of the rentWe recommend that you immediately when booking your ticket and a travel cancellationinsurance, both for travel and for the rental of the house.LiabilityWe accept no liability for personal injury and / or damage which occurred in the rented property.

Liability is also excluded for changed circumstances and to the rented house that are notattributable to us are taken (eg construction). The rented property is intended only for holidaypurposes.Professional photography in and around the house is only allowed after explicit permissionfrom us. It is not allowed to party in and around the home business. There are no specificsecurity services for young children. Parents and carers remain responsible for monitoring andcontrolling the children.We are not liable for problems that occur beyond our control. Unfortunately the water orelectricity is incidental falling down. If there are unexpected problems arise then we will doeverything within our power, in its power to remedy them.

Included

When the rent is fully using all the available facilities included in the house, like cleaning thehouse and pool 1x per week, bed linen, gas, electricity and water.ComplaintsIf you have complaints, please get in touch with us so we can take action immediately.

Complaints submitted after your departure we can not be processed.The supervisor that you collect at the airport is also your contact during your stay. He willpropose making available a telephone number where he or she has access to during your stayshould there be unexpected malfunctions.
